Defendant
A was sentenced to suspension of indictment on the condition of leading commission to a probation office due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office on February 5, 2009, and was sent from the Incheon District Court on June 9, 2009 to the Juvenile Department due to night-time building intrusion larceny, etc. on September 30, 2009. The Incheon District Prosecutors' Office sent juvenile protection case to the Incheon District Public Prosecutors' Office on October 22, 2009. 1. Defendant A
A. A.
