A. Current status 1) The current status of support entity ① The Plaintiff New World Co., Ltd. refers to the Eart store (large discount store) up to April 30, 201, and the Earart store (SM uperererer Sheet. Company-type Schlage). It refers to a small and larger distribution store than a large retailer and larger than a general Dong-si market.

On June 2009, the business first started.

As of April 1, 2012, the Plaintiff Company operated seven new world department stores. ② On May 1, 2011, 201, the Plaintiff Company divided the Plaintiff Company into a company and operated the Eart store and Emart store. The Emart store was operated until February 29, 2012. The Emart store was operated until February 29, 201, and the Emart store was reached 135 stores as of April 1, 2012. ③ The Emart store was operated from Emart Co., Ltd. to Emart on March 1, 2012, and thereafter the Plaintiff Company acquired the sales division from Emart Co., Ltd. to Emart, and thereafter operated the store as of April 1, 2012.

The Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) shall apply.

(2) As a business proprietor under Article 2 subparagraph 1 of the Act, the “new global business group” to which the Plaintiffs belong was designated by the Defendant as a business group subject to limitations on mutual investment on April 1, 2012. (2) The current status of the supported entity (1) A shipbuilding hotel (hereinafter “ship hotel”) was established on August 8, 1967, and was incorporated into a “new global business group” on April 16, 1997, and runs a tourist hotel business.
