Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On April 15, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of KRW 2 million in the same court as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and a fine of KRW 2.5 million in the same court on July 30, 2010.
On September 14, 2012, the Defendant driven B X-car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.158% in a section of approximately 500 meters at the parking lot for the “Korea Distribution” located in the same Ri on the front of the main place where it is impossible to identify the trade name in the salary class at the time of Pakistan at around 01:45.
