The reasoning of this court’s judgment is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and such reasoning is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(1) The court of first instance cannot change the facts or judgments recognized by the court of first instance even if the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court of first instance shows evidence No. 15 through No. 17, which the defendant submitted to this court, and there is no error as alleged by the defendant as the grounds for appeal. Therefore, the part against the defendant among the judgment of first instance is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the court below.
