1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 53,821,50 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 12% from June 13, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. The portion of a claim for delay damages exceeding 12% per annum since June 13, 2019, as the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings by Partial Dismissal were amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019.
