Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On December 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Hongsung Branch of Daejeon District Court on December 7, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the military prison on October 4, 2017.
【Criminal Facts】 The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc.
1. On February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased 400,000 won from K7 passenger cars in the vicinity of the lower intersection located in the summer-dong; and (b) purchased camphones from B, a psychotropic drug, using approximately 0.7gg of psychotropic drugs.
2. On February 2019, the Defendant parked a K7 car in the vicinity of the upper intersection, which was a policeman, and then administered a phiphone in a manner of cutting off the philopon by raising the volume of the philopon’s scopon scopon scopon spon spon spon spon spon spon spon spon, as described in paragraph 1.
3. On February 2019, the Defendant administered philophones in public toilets located in the building of the Manam-si C market, including the description in paragraph 1, by raising the volume of philophones cut from B on the stuffed place, and by heating them into a philoter, and by raising the postponement thereof.
"2019 Highest 4058" Defendant dealt with psychotropic drugs, although it is not a person handling narcotics, as follows:
1. On June 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold 400,000 won from E University fixed parking lots located in Chungcheongnam-gun Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun; (b) purchased and sold phiphonephones with approximately one gram of philophones inserted in a small vinyl package from the Defendant.
2. On June 15, 2018, at the same place as Paragraph 1, around 17:45 on June 15, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold 400,000 won to F, and purchased philophones by putting about one gram of philophone into a small vinyl package from the Defendant.
3. On July 8, 2018, the Defendant, around 01:13, 201, 40,000 won, to F on the lower street of the G building in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.
