1. The Defendants shall be the Gwangju District Court with respect to C’s share of 33,058/105,917 square meters of land C, 105,917 square meters of land C, Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun.

Reasons

1. The establishment registration of a collateral on the part of paragraph (1) of the specification of the claim shall be cancelled as the right of collateral has expired due to the expiration of extinctive prescription of the secured obligation.
