A. On November 6, 2014, Defendant A borrowed 43,000,000 won from the Plaintiff, interest rate of 11.9%, delay damages, 29%, and 48 months during the repayment period. Defendant B guaranteed the above obligation of Defendant A to the Plaintiff.

B. Defendant A lost the benefit of time on June 15, 2015, and as of May 23, 2016, Defendant A remains at KRW 18,207,731 (i.e., principal amount of KRW 17,268,481 plus interest interest of KRW 850,650, and other cost of KRW 88,60).

2. According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of the claim, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 18,207,731 as well as the principal amount of KRW 17,268,481 as of May 24, 2016 to the date of full payment.

3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
