1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 38,768,450 won and 5% per annum from February 18, 2015 to January 27, 2016.

Reasons

1. With the exception of changing the “creditor” as “Plaintiff”, “debtor” as “Defendant”, and the “20 percent” as “15%” as “15%” as indicated in the grounds for the claim.
