1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 31,474,124 and KRW 30,483,014 among them, from October 19, 2018 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

(a) The reasons for the claim are as shown in the annexed sheet;

(Provided, That the remaining principal shall be corrected to KRW 30,483,014). (b)

E succeeded to F’s obligation and died on June 14, 2018. Of the deceased’s inheritors, father G and mother H were accepted respectively, and Defendant D, the wife of the deceased, respectively.

The lawsuit against the above G and H was withdrawn.

2. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
