However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, at the Seoul Central District Court on April 29, 201, is a fine of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on April 29, 201, a fine of 2 million won for the same crime at the Daejeon District Court on September 26, 2013, and a fine of 5 million won for the same crime at the Daejeon District Court on November 26, 2013, and is a driver of C physical-person car.

On February 8, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on February 21, 2014, operated the said vehicle as a business under the influence of 0.13% of alcohol concentration, and continued three lanes in front of the Daejeon Jung-gu, U.S., Daejeon, 624 “S.T.T. T.T. T. T. C. T., 40km at the speed of about 40km from the direction of the flood.

However, since there was a snow at the time, in such a case, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly see the front left, and to prevent the accident by accurately manipulating the steering and brakes.

Thus, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, injury such as salt, tensions, etc. of the bones of trees, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the said D, injury to the victim F (F, 29 years of age) who is the furged passenger of the said furged passenger vehicle, for about two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim G (P, 26 years of age) such as thire, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks of age.
