Criminal facts
1. On June 16, 2017, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the offer of a bribe at the Busan District Court for one year and two years of suspended execution for the same year.

J performed the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “LH Corporation”) from May 2013 to May 2015, 2015, the J performed the evidence of breach of trust against K (hereinafter referred to as “M”) and served as the site manager for construction works of “L” apartment constructed by K, and LH Corporation performed from May 2015 to April 25, 2016. The work as the site manager for construction works of “M” apartment constructed by K Co., Ltd., while working as the site manager for construction works of “M” apartment constructed by K Co., Ltd., and was in charge of overall management and supervision of the construction works related to the construction works of the apartment site.
Around July 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided a construction company’s executive officers and employees with money and entertainment to acquire the right to operate a brin restaurant; and (b) provided a so-called brincerer, a so-called brincerer to the actual operators of the brinc; (c) provided a brinc in the construction site office of K’s “L apartment construction site”; (d) provided a J with an intent to obtain the right to operate the brinc in the construction site of the apartment site; and (e) provided a brinc in cash at the cost of offering various convenience in the course of operating the brinc.
In addition, from July 5, 2013 to October 1, 2016, the Defendant made an illegal solicitation, such as aiding and abetting J to acquire the right to operate the brine restaurant as indicated in the attached Form (1), and, in return, granted money and valuables or entertainment equivalent to KRW 83,824,90 in total on 39 occasions.
As a result, the defendant made an illegal solicitation to the person in charge of another's business and provided property or financial benefits.
B. O’s receipt of property in breach of trust against O (2017Gohap570) is performed by the LH Corporation from January 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016. It is deemed to be the site manager for construction works on apartment of the “Daju Q district” apartment built by P Co., Ltd.
