The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On September 19, 2020, the Defendant, at around 07:50, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongdong-gu, Cheongju-si, brought the victim D ( South Korea, 33 years old) to the female-friendly group of women of this Defendant, with his hand, brought the victim's face, and assaulted the victim's face by hand.
2. Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act which applies to judgment: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act provides that the victim shall express his/her intention not to punish him/her after public prosecution is instituted.
