1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 189,502,247 and KRW 50,000,000 among them, and Defendant A Co., Ltd. shall be liable to compensate for the damages incurred therefrom.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Claim against Defendant A: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. Claim against Defendant B: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
