The defendants are jointly and severally liable to the plaintiff for 5,540,000 won and 6% per annum from January 22, 2020 to November 12, 2020.
Reasons
1. From around January 2016 to January 21, 2020, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendants with the instant meat products. The Defendants paid only partial payment, and did not pay KRW 5,540,000 for the remainder of the goods.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,540,000 and damages for delay.
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act for a judgment without holding any pleadings.
