The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On June 15, 2014, from around 12:30 to 16:00 on June 15, 2014, the Defendant committed assault against the victim’s head and face at a time on the ground that the victim C (here, 41 years of age) was living together in B, and returned to the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and south-gu, and that the victim met another male, but the victim did not speak truely.
2. The judgment is a crime falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Code, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Code. The victim withdraws his/her wish to punish the defendant in this court. It is so decided as per Disposition by Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
