1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 1, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(However, "creditor" is changed to "Plaintiff", and "debtor" is changed to "Defendant", respectively. 2. by service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
