A. The defendant is a fishing village fraternity established in accordance with Article 15 of the Fisheries Cooperatives Act for the purpose of promoting joint projects to promote fishery productivity and improve the economic and social status of the members of the fishing village fraternity at the same time as a female member of the fishing village fraternity, and the plaintiff is a member of the fishing village fraternity of the defendant.

B. On November 20, 2007, the Defendant acquired a license for communal fishing business (license number C; hereinafter “instant fishery right”) from November 26, 2007 to November 25, 2017, with the duration of 50 L/C from a fish market to 50 L/C.

The head of the Regional Construction and Management Administration of the Republic of Korea paid a total of KRW 599,309,50 to the defendant two times from June 2014 as compensation for damage to the fishery right of this case while performing the road construction work between D and D.

No objection is raised with respect to the liabilities and amount of investment of 19,542,600 won (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant notes”) distributed to the Plaintiff in the account of the head of the fishing village fraternity, which is full up to August 11, 2014.

Notwithstanding the above paragraph, the Defendant’s reputation and reputation, and immediately rejects the Defendant’s performance of its obligations and obligations with respect to the local government member’s revenues and obligations.
