All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

Reasons

The Defendant, in the facts charged, is a person who actually operated the vessel block C (oil) in Youngnam A, and the Defendant did not pay the total of KRW 32,650,000 to 10 workers as indicated in the attached list of crimes, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date.
