1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from June 12, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff' and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'). 2. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment by service by public notice) is based on the grounds.
