However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a metal craft technician operating a experience center in which the defendant can experience the production of a drying work with the trade name "D" in the Han-si Village in the Gongju City.

On April 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited the Korean-style Village; (b) provided that “If there is any person who is the same as thener to apply for intangible cultural heritage, he/she will be able to participate in that event; (c) he/she would be able to accept the victim from May 1, 2015 to a third party; and (d) provided the victim, who was aware of his/her place of work going in Seoul, retired from his/her place of residence, provided that the victim, who was aware of his/her room in the public room, would be able to provide one column for the Defendant’s dwelling and to solve accommodation.”

When the Defendant came to know that there was an imminent situation, such as having a victim reside at the same time and having a victim retired from work and experienced economic difficulties in order to receive the Defendant’s technology transfer, the Defendant used such situation to have the victim committed an indecent act.

Around 01:00 on May 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim at the dwelling space of the Defendant located in F in the official city of 01:00, the Defendant asked the victim about “I will see several times in male-friendly relationship”; and (b) “I would like to do so, but I would like to do so. I would like to do so, and I would like to do so.
