1. The Defendant’s KRW 75,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from December 1, 2014 to June 11, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. The claim seeking the payment of damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum since June 1, 2019 pursuant to the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was partially dismissed, is dismissed.
