1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be the principal lawsuit.
The reasoning for the court’s explanation on this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the “E” of No. 5 of the judgment of the court of first instance is deemed to be “C”. Thus, this is cited by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable, and all appeals filed by the plaintiff against the main lawsuit and counterclaim of this case are dismissed as it is without merit. Since the "paragraph (1)" in Paragraph (4) of the judgment of the court of first instance is obvious that it is a clerical error in the "paragraph (2)", it is so decided as per Disposition.
