1. The Defendant’s KRW 61,600,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from April 9, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The portion of a claim exceeding the scope is dismissed, since the statutory interest rate from June 1, 2019 was 12% per annum in accordance with the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit.
