The Defendant has stolen the copper lines, etc. from a construction site and disposed of them on the body of the water to use them as living expenses, etc.;

A. At around 02:00 on May 2, 2010, at the construction site of the building B in Pakistan, the victim C was prepared to cut off approximately KRW 200,000 at the 30cc market price of the Rig Line C owned by the victim C used at the construction site by putting away from the field-related parties and neglecting surveillance, and cutting off the creshes between the creshed rice falls in which the inner board is installed, and cutting the amount of approximately 26 km market price of approximately 200,000, and then cut it into a back back by means of escape;

B. On the 12th day of the same month, at around 02:00, intruded by the same method as above and cut the amount equivalent to 200,000 won at the market price of the 26km line owned by the said victim by using the cutting machine in advance, thereby putting it into the air bags and cutting it into the air bags by means of escape; and

C. On the 20th of the same month, around 02:00, upon intrusion by the same method at the above location, putting approximately 8 kmg of the pipe owned by the said victim into the air bags, and theft them by means of escape;

D. On the 24th day of the same month, at around 02:00, intruded by the same method as above at the above location, put about 15 km and approximately 8 km of Pipe lines owned by the said victim into the back door, cut off by means of escape;

(e) The same year;

6.5. Around 02:30, when intrusiond by the same method at the above place, approximately KRW 100,000 of the market value of the pipe owned by the said victim was placed in the air bags and stolen by means of escape.
