On August 16, 2014, at around 04:50, the Defendant driven a 2 kilometerd car from the front corner of the house history distance to the front corner of the ridge elementary school located in the same new road road in the Dong-dong in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, under the influence of alcohol by 0.142% of blood alcohol concentration.
