A Imprisonment for eight months, each of the defendants B, C, and D shall be punished by a fine of 2,00,000,000 won.

1. From May 30, 2014 to June 11, 2014, Defendant A violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) (the act of arranging commercial sex acts), the Defendant: (a) employed female employees H, I, J, K, K, L, M, N, etc. at the business place of “G” in the name of “G”, with approximately 150 square meters from the third floor of the F-U.S. in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) assisted the said female employees to engage in commercial sex acts by having the said female employees perform the act of similarity by causing sexual intercourse and sexual intercourse, or by causing the said female employees to do the act of similarity.

2. From Jun. 10, 2014 to Nov. 11, 2014, the Defendant, despite being aware that he operated a sexual traffic business establishment as described in paragraph (1), was employed by Defendant A as the head of the business office at the said business establishment, and received compensation for sexual traffic from unspecific male grandchildren who found the place, and had Defendant C and D guide the female employees to lose their male descendants, and had them do the act of sexual intercourse or similarity in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), thereby aiding and abetting Defendant A’s act of violating the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic Act.

3. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) of Defendant C from around June 8, 201 to around November 1, 201, was employed by Defendant A as an employee in charge of guiding customers and cleaning at the said establishment, and Defendant B, who was the head of the business office, was paid the price for commercial sex acts from the unspecified male descendants who found the place of business, by guiding the male descendants as a locker and scarde the red sea, etc.
