1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won;
2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a holder of Bone Star Co., Ltd.
No one shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.
However, on November 25, 2019, the Defendant operated the 5km section from the front Do of the Daegu-gu apartment building C, Daegu-gu, to the front road in the Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, and operated the 5km section without mandatory insurance.

2. Article 70 (1) and Article 69 (2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse.
3. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment.
