When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On October 30, 2016, around 05:50 on Jinju-si, the Defendant driven a B Spo-si car with alcohol content of about 1km from around the 1km section to the front road of the tin Park located in the same Dong from the Gyeong-si, Jin-si.
