When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who was elected as the superintendent of the Office of Education at B in the 7th local election implemented on June 13, 2018.
A candidate shall not advocate (including the indication of the experience of party members) that he/she supports or oppose any specific political party, or is supported or recommended by any specific political party.
1. Around February 2018, the Defendant indicated the career of political party members at an election campaign office, ordering the Defendant C to comprehensively plan an election campaign, including the preparation of manual letters for promoting the opening ceremony of the election campaign office, the production of design and promotional materials, etc.
After that, on March 23, 2018, the Defendant received the Defendant’s report from Sknman on the “mar’s name of public relations dynamic text,” which includes the date and place of opening an election campaign office, and the party member’s career, “No. 19 National Assembly members (Proportion/D party”). Around March 10, 2018, the Defendant also received the same text from B through E, Inc., a company transmitting text messages, which was sent to B, 225,067 electors. Around March 23, 2018, the Defendant also received the same text message from the Defendant. Around March 23, 2018, the Defendant’s photograph, the poster bearing the career of “No. 19 National Assembly members (Proportion/D party members)”, as well as the principal pledge to be written under the “education target.”
Then, around March 24, 2018, the Defendant carried out the ceremony of opening an election campaign office, such as making a campaign speech while many unspecified electors attend the election campaign, while attaching a poster indicating the party member’s career of “the 19th National Assembly member( proportional representative/D party”)” on the left side of the front wall at the election campaign office of the Defendant on the fourth floor of GD Hospital located in F.
On April 4, 2018, the Defendant continued to attach a poster at an election campaign office as above, “the event of a preliminary candidate support declaration by the BH education council member, 189, BH education council member,” and on April 4, 2018.
