2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by each person;

A. On December 13, 2010, the Plaintiff entered the Army and was discharged from military service on September 16, 2012 while serving as a heavy-frequency search team on March 4, 201, when transferred to the Army on March 15, 201.

B. On September 15, 2012, the day prior to the discharge day, the Plaintiff: (a) carried out a drum in the middle conference-type, which was held as a part of the incidental activities; (b) carried out a game with drinking alcohol resources in the field of a festival; (c) did not properly change the direction to the drinking dog; and (d) knenee on the left-hand knicker was injured (hereinafter “instant injury”); and (e) took a rest in the place of a community room, the Plaintiff directly reported the occurrence of the instant injury to the watchkeeping officer.

C. On September 17, 2012, the Plaintiff was discharged from active service on the following day, and was hospitalized at the “C Hospital” located at the Government-Si, Dong-si, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, the left kne kne, under the diagnosis of acute fever in the upper left kne kne kne, and the operation schedule was completed for three to four days after being hospitalized. On September 24, 2012, the Plaintiff was discharged from the “C Hospital” to receive medical treatment at the military hospital, and was diagnosed again at the “State-Gun Hospital” located at the “State-Gun Hospital” located in the branch of Gyeonggi-do.

However, upon hearing the explanation that hospitalization is possible at the “National Gun Hospital” around October 4, 2012, the Plaintiff re-hospitalized the “C Hospital” and was discharged on September 27, 2012 from the hospital on November 24, 2012, after undergoing a re-hospitalized surgery (hereinafter referred to as the “C Hospital”), and re-hospitalized on November 24, 2012. From February 12, 2013 to August 23, 2013, the Plaintiff was hospitalized at the Gyeong National University Hospital to receive treatment, such as removal of light metal or sand.

E. The Plaintiff filed an application for registration of persons of distinguished service to the State under the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Service to the State on the ground of the instant injury with the Office of Patriots and Veterans.
