1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 345,70,154 and the amount of KRW 157,536,673 from October 7, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Since this Court has omitted judgment on the above claim in a judgment rendered on May 22, 2015, it rendered an additional judgment as ordered in accordance with Article 212(1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
