1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 25,000,000 and the remainder thereof:

Reasons

1. The plaintiff shall loan money to the defendant B on April 30, 2009 on five occasions as follows: (1) on March 13, 2009, KRW 20 million; (2) on March 18, 2009, KRW 1 million; (3) on March 2009, KRW 1 million; (4) on March 24, 2009, KRW 100,000; (1) on March 30, 2009, KRW 100,000; (2) on March 28, 2010, KRW 2050,000,000; and (3) on March 28, 2010, KRW 1050,000,000,000 for interest or KRW 505,000,000,000 for each of the following borrowing notes with the defendant C's joint surety: (3) on March 13, 2009:
