1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff.
A. The Seoul Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Do Do 2-story housing and 1st floor 52.23 square meters, 2nd floor 52.23 square meters.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial dismissal: Since the Plaintiff is a person who received KRW 3.9 million from the Defendants as rent after entering into a lease agreement, the said money is appropriated for the rent from December 2, 2015 to August 22, 2016, and the rent from April 1, 2017 is KRW 4.50,000 per month.
