A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
As the driver's license was revoked on November 24, 2013 due to a drunk driving on November 24, 2013, the Defendant applied for the driver's license examination using his/her friendly B's personal information and thought to have the driver's license issued.
1. On April 11, 2014, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties by fraudulent means committed as if he were B, at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangnam-gu License Test site, which was located in 171, as if he were B, the Defendant applied for the written examination by submitting the resident registration certificate B, name B, and resident registration number to the head of the examination site, and passed the written examination, and passed the written examination on the same day.
On June 9, 2014, the Defendant applied for the main driving examination by pretending to be B, using the above examination table at the 438 Mao-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul and passed the main driving examination.
As a result, the defendant interfered with the performance of duties of public officials in charge of written tests, skill tests, and supervision of driving test through fraudulent means.
2. Around 11:50 on June 11, 2014, the Defendant filed an application for the re-issuance of his/her resident registration certificate as if he/she was friendly B in the Ddong office located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and signed the “B” in the applicant column with the color of verification, and then sent the application for re-issuance of his/her resident registration certificate to E who is aware of the said Article.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged B’s signature and used forged signature.
3. Illegal events of official documents;
A. On April 11, 2014, when the Defendant was requested by the public service center of the above Gangseo-gu License Examination Station to present an identification card for identification by the staff of the Gangseo-gu Office, which is an official document held in advance, the Defendant completed the Defendant’s resident registration certificate B in the name of the head of Gangseo-gu, a public document held in advance.
