1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual interest thereon from December 9, 2016 to March 8, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. Partial dismissal: The consolation money is set at KRW 30 million. Thus, the exceeding part of the claim shall be dismissed as it is without merit.
