1. The Defendant’s KRW 170,315,069 and KRW 100,000 among the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s KRW 14,00 per annum from February 23, 2017 to June 27, 2017.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 170,315,069 won and 100,000,000 won among them, 14.5% per annum from February 23, 2017 to June 27, 2017, and 15% per annum from June 28, 2017 to the date of full payment, so it is so decided as per Disposition.
