On September 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the District Court on September 5, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 28, 2013.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a rocketing or other car.

On December 10, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.171% 0.10% around 04:50 on December 10, 201, while driving the said car and driving it along the two-lanes between the two-lanes from the border line to the dialogue line.

In such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive the front side in good faith.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to do so, and neglected to do so, and instead neglected to do so, received the part behind the F taxi driven by the victim E (the age of 55) who was driving by the said victim E (the age of 55) as the front part of the said F taxi.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as salt pans, tensions, etc., in need of two weeks’ medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim G (21 years of age) who is the passenger of the said taxi for about two weeks’ medical treatment.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant driven Cworksta car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.171% in the section of about 2 km from the front of Lone Star, which is located in the Clockdong-dong Port at the same time and in the place of the said accident.
