1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 24, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The reasons for the application are as shown in the Appendix No. 1.
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the applicant.
