1. The defendant shall pay 51,476,400 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from April 17, 2020 to the time of full payment.
Reasons
The plaintiff's assertion is the same as the reasons for the claim, and it can be recognized in Gap's evidence 1 through 5 by integrating the whole purport of the pleading.
Although the defendant asserts that the return or exchange and the price adjustment should be made due to some defective goods supplied by the plaintiff, there is no evidence to acknowledge them.
Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 51,476,400 won with 12% per annum from April 17, 2020 to the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
