On May 22, 2014, the Defendant, as a person liable for military service, failed to enlist in the military force mobilization training course under the name of the director of the Seoul Regional Military Manpower Office, which was issued a notice of a call for military force mobilization training under the name of the head of the Seoul Military Manpower Office, which was conducted in 72 group from June 24, 2014 to June 26, 2014, through his father C at his home located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 704 Dong 1415, which was his father, around May 22, 2014.
