The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-speed car B.

On July 11, 2015, the Defendant driving the above vehicle at around 09:10, while driving the vehicle at around 09:10, and driving the prosperity distance in the upper half of the city of Gwangju to the Si of Gwangju as the Si-si.

Since the place is prohibited from overtaking, there was a duty of care to make a person engaged in driving service not to overtake.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to overtake the vehicle to the left-hand side of the said vehicle by negligence, which was driven by C(53 years old, south) driving, and the left-hand side of C(53 years old, south) driving, was shocked by the lower-hand side of the said vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the above occupational negligence the injury of the victim E (the 55-year-old, female) who was accompanied by the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle, such as cerebral tension in detail as to which treatment for about three weeks is required, and the injury to the victim F (the 58-year-old, female) who was the same passenger, such as crums and tensions that require treatment for about two weeks.
