1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 30 million won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(2) Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended on September 25, 2015, the statutory interest rate shall be 15% per annum from October 1, 2015). 2. A judgment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
