A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4 million.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Defendants are both nests, and the victim C is the operator of the cafeteria of the “F” restaurant of the 1st floor of the E-building in Jeju where D, which is the site of the Defendants, is a son. On June 24, 2019, Defendant A sought D around 11:45 on June 24, 2019, and the victim met with D and fighting in front of the said restaurant, and during that process, Defendant A was dissatisfied with the victim.

1. Around 12:25 on June 24, 2019, the Defendants found the victim as the above restaurant and laid the victim out of the above restaurant, and Defendant B cited approximately 12 cm with stone (12 mm in length), which is an object dangerous to the damages, and shown to the victim, and “in the absence ofCCTV,” and the Defendants, who did not respond to the victim, threatened the victim of any harm to the victim’s life and body, such as taking the victim’s bath to escape.

2. Intimidation;

A. On June 24, 2019, Defendant A made phone calls to the victim on June 15:26, 2019, and threatened the victim by saying, “A is protruding to the victim before he died of the franchising.”

B. At around 17:06 on June 24, 2019, Defendant A threatened the victim with the victim by saying, “I will complete the same knife instead of filing a report on one’s own knife, I will die with knife.”

3. On June 24, 2019, Defendant A destroyed an unregistered property owned by the victim by citing each item, which is a dangerous object at around 15:40 on June 24, 2019, by re-locating the said restaurant, and by putting the entrance door of the restaurant opened under each item of the above, putting it off and putting it off at the entrance.
