[2013 Highest 1129] On September 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on September 2, 2013, the Defendant: (b) deposited KRW 1.477,00 of the purchase price of opon into a non-passon account; and (c) purchased 1.5:20 on September 4, 2013, the Defendant purchased 11.48g of the opon from the 6-Dong-dong Incheon Metropolitan City Dalon account of the 11.48g unit of the psychotropic drugs (i.e., “lopon”; hereinafter “lopon”).

[2013 Highest 168] Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant was intended to receive, possess, administer, or sell psychotropic drugs, as described in paragraphs (a) through (e) and (2) below.

1. Receipt, possession, medication of philophones;

At the same place as described in paragraph (1), E, with water contained in a single-use injection device, administered them by means of injection into the Defendant’s arms.

On July 13, 2013, at around 15:00, the Defendant received 0.03 gopon from F in the street room near the New World department store located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and administered the said phiopon by dilution with water contained in the Defendant’s residence at around 16:0 on July 13, 2013, the Defendant administered the said phiopon to the Defendant’s arms in a way of infecting it with water contained in the Defendant’s dwelling at around 6:0.50.

The Defendant around 20:00 on July 18, 2013, approximately 0.06 g of philopon, which is contained in F for a single-use divers from the old world near the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G apartment.
