Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Dystro in Ireland.
On April 19, 2017, the Defendant driven the above 08:20 on April 19, 2017, and turned straight straight ahead of the Seosung-Eup, in the speed of 50km from the side of the bus terminal to the 2nd square in the speed of 50km.
Since a crosswalk is installed on the front side, in such cases, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving service has a road to reduce speed and to see the front side well, and to drive safely.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to discover the victim E (the age 14) who walked along the crosswalk from the left side of the course direction to the right side, thereby leaving the victim's knee in front of the left side of the vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the above victim, such as the distribution of 1,2, 3, 4, 5 arms and legs to the right side, which requires stability and medical treatment of the right side for about 1,2, 3, 4, and 5 weeks of 1,2, 3, 5 parts of the right side to the right side, 1,2, 1,2 1, 3, 3, 5 parts of the right side, and 8 weeks of 1,2,3,4,5 parts of the right side.
