On October 17, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of 4.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the Busan District Court on April 30, 2008, a suspended sentence of 8 months for the same crime at the same court on April 30, 2008, and a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan High Court on March 28, 2013.

On April 20, 2018, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.067% during blood transfusion around 05:30, the Defendant driven a 3 kilometer of approximately 3 kilometers from the vicinity of the Busan Bridge to the second wharf located in the Central Port of Busan, Jung-gu, Busan.
