1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant, a school foundation operating the Gyeong-hee University located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council-dong, announced the 2015 regular recruitment of new students of the Gyeong-hee University (hereinafter “the recruitment procedure for new students of this case”), and continued to conduct the recruitment procedure for new students of this case.
