On March 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on December 25 of the same year. On October 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 3 million won by the same court on October 21, 2013.

[2015 Highest 2449] The Defendant, as a person who had driven alcohol twice or more as above, driven a motor vehicle with a gallon C in a state of under the influence of alcohol content 0.171% while under the influence of alcohol with Cgallon, without obtaining a driver’s license from the two gallons front of the two galkes located in the Sincheon-si, an additional area from January 30, 2015 to the high-water gallons located in the Sincheon-si, an additional area from January 14:02.

Although the Defendant was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, he/she driving the motor vehicle without being covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
