(hereinafter “Defendant Intervenor”) received equipment necessary for the production of pipes from the Defendant Intervenor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Intervenor”) (hereinafter “Defendant Intervenor”) on December 7, 2015 (hereinafter “instant First Contract”) and entered into a contract on January 18, 2016 (hereinafter “instant Second Contract”).
